上海6小时排位赛:丰田惊险夺下杆位,成龙DC车队统治LMP2组
丰田在竞争激烈的上海6小时排位赛中力压Rebellion拿下第一排发车位,而成龙DC车队在主场横扫LMP2组对手后强势拿下杆位。

周五练习全天下雨,但丰田牢牢占据时间榜第一,这也意味着周六练习是整个周末第一个在干地上进行的赛道阶段。60分钟的练习结束时,Rebellion高居时间榜前二。
丰田在本赛季前四场比赛中占据统治性优势,尽管其在斯帕的成绩因违反技术规则而被取消。但是在上海的寒冷天气下进行的排位赛中,日本制造商遭遇了“超级赛季”至今最大的的冲击。
小林可梦伟与麦克·康威负责7号赛车的排位赛任务,在最后时刻才惊险地获得杆位。7号车组的平均单圈时间为1分42.931秒,仅领先较快的1号Rebellion赛车0.287秒。费尔南多·阿隆索与中岛一贵的8号车组落后队友0.223秒,屈居第二。显然,Rebellion眼看就有机会进入第一排发车。事后,阿隆索称如果不是丰田有特殊设置,杆位可能已经失手。
SMP车队也向Rebellion发起挑战,并且进入前二排。Stephane Sarrazin和Egor Orudzhev所在的17号车组击败了代表3号Rebellion赛车参加排位赛的Mathias Beche和Thomas Laurent。
10号DragonSpeed 赛车则在竞争中力压简森·巴顿、维塔利·佩特洛夫坐镇的11号SMP赛车以及,而ByKolles落后LMP1组非混合动力赛车较多。

LMP2组的最前排发车位被中主场作战的成龙DC车队包揽。代表38号车组出场的董荷斌和加布里埃尔·奥布瑞做出1分48.888秒的平均单圈时间,以近0.25秒的优势击败37号车组的队友纳比尔·杰弗瑞和贾泽曼·加法尔。
最接近成龙DC车队的31号DragonSpeed车组相差组别标杆时间大约一秒,而此前领跑LMP2组积分榜的36号Alpine赛车名列第四。组别杆位的额外积分,也让38号车组在上海6小时比赛前已经并列LMP2组第一。
在率先进行的GTE组排位赛中,Nick Catsburg和Martin Tomczyk驾驶81号宝马赛车险胜Stefan Mucke和Olivier Pla所在的66号福特赛车,以0.023秒的微弱优势拿下杆位。第二排则有97号阿斯顿·马丁和92号保时捷占据。
GTE Am组最靠前的发车位,由98号阿斯顿·马丁和77号保时捷赛车拿下。而上海的比赛揭幕前,美国著名演员Patrick Dempsey合作建立的Dempsey-Proton车队被WEC取消了今年迄今为止所有的比赛积分,因为被确定车队在77号赛车数据的录入过程中作弊。
